Fishing

Treetops and the Zambezi Royal Chundu are internationally renowned for their broad spectrum of exciting fishing. From beginner to expert alike, fishing on fly or with lures. In keeping with Eco- conservation, the lodges practice a catch and release policy. These are the only two lodges positioned below the Chobe and Zambezi confluence catchments area, which affords the best and most constant opportunity of catching fish all year round.

The Tiger fish in this area regularly change their feeding habits and location, our experienced guides are familiar with the changing patterns and ensure a successful and exciting fishing excursion for everyone.

Guest enjoy a choice of boats, which can be used for fishing and trawling in the Zambezi's deeper waters. Our canoes may also be used to manoeuvre into the more challenging untouched and unexplored eddies amongst the islands. A fly fishermen's paradise.
